Nuance Activation Server for Dragon is Up and Running

We are pleased to inform you that the activation server for Dragon has been restored and new single-user installation activation is now available. We thank you for your patience and understanding. The Nuance Dragon Team

On Tuesday, June 27, a global malware incident affected many companies and organizations worldwide. Certain systems within Nuanceā€™s network were affected.

The Company took measures to contain the incident and assess the extent of the impact on its network. Nuance engaged leading security experts to assist in responding to the incident. Out of an abundance of caution, we have taken certain systems offline. We recognize that license activation has been affected, and we are working to safely restore our systems.

Until the activation server is brought back online, we recommend you:

1. Launch Dragon in trial mode

2. Avoid shutting down Dragon or the computer

3. This will extend the trial mode, which is limited to a total of 5 launches
